Learning Plan Recurrence - My Task Widget problem
Summary
Learning Plan Recurrence - My Task Widget problemContent
Two years ago when we first launched our Anti-harassment training for managers in Taleo Learn, we did it via Enrollments. About 200 users took the course.
Since then we have had a lot of users take the course via Learning Plans. So I have around 400 users who have completed the course. About a year ago I set up the Learning Plan as a recurring plan so that users assigned would automatically get notified on their two year anniversary.
My original 200 need to retake the course before the end of the year. So, I created a User Group with them in it and assigned that group to the recurring Learning plan.
