Hi Team,

We have a requirement to capture all the Name changes (Old and New) happening in the system for Active employees as of sysdate and burst it out to IT team for email updation in MDS (thrid Party System). What are the easy ways to handle this in Fusion cloud with the below requirements:

1) Person #, Old First Name, New First Name, Effective Date
2) All changes have to be captures on Last updated date, irrespective of the Effective Date being Past/Future and the mode of operation being correction/update ?
3) Bursting Email to IT Team only When changes are present in the system. No Email when no change ?
