Employee should not able to edit Time card of Self submitted or Imported from third part system

Hi Team,

Case 1: I have a requirement like if an employee submits a time card or imported from third part system than he should not able to edit the time card of him own.

Case 2: If he is a line manager than he should be able to edit his subordinates time card submitted or imported from third party.

 

Could you advise how can we achieve this requirement like by doing Personalization or Securities.

If we can achieve the above requirement ,than it will be helpful if you can share any document with sample example.
