Skills to Recurring LP's

Trying to pull in skill and LP into one report

We are going to transfer all our skills into recurring learning plans. In the meantime, I need to create a report to show a user's completion on both the learning plan and skill in one place.  

In the 17C BIP Data View I cannot find a category mapped learning item ID number for recurring learning plans.  Does anyone know the item ID for this or a better way to pull this data into one report?
