I created a custom BI enrollment reports that successfully pulls data on the: enrollment ID, enrollment name, start date, end date, drop-by-date, and duration.  I now wish to add the category for the enrollment and have tried a number of options with the category and category mapping data views but I cannot get either to work.  I also use both and still no luck. The latest structure using the category data view is attached. 

I'd really appreciate guidance on the view/s, joins, and join conditions so that I can get the child category/categories for each enrollment into this custom report.  Thanks for your help.  Phil
