SSO for HCM and Taleo Social Sourcing: Looking for any clients who have implemented SSO with HCM and Taleo Social Sourcing.

We are looking into SSO for HCM and Taleo Social Sourcing. We would like the HCM user to seamlessly navigate from HCM to their TSS account, for Internal Job Applications and Referral Functionality. Has anyone implemented this, what was your experience. Does the SSO work well and the User Syncs between HCM and TSS work well?
