Data Migration for Renewable Compliance Courses

HDL Options to migrate legacy due dates

Content

Wondering if anyone has experience with data migration of Compliance courses and can provide any guidance or recommendations.

We have a series of renewable compliance courses, which are being migrated to Learning Cloud. These are renewable on an annual basis, and each learner will have their own due date for the course based on 30 days from their start date, and ongoing, based on a year after they last completed the course.

I can create an Initiative with this information which will work ongoing for new employees, but I'm wondering if it's possible to use HDL to update the correct due dates for existing employees, rather than have these people forced to re-do the course within 30 days of the Initiative start.  If I Submit an Initiative, can HDL update the learning assignments created by the Initiative?? If so, what fields do I need to include in the learning.dat file to identify the initiative assignment??

Howdy, Stranger!
