Hi - i have a request for the following - any idea if these can be done?

  1. Dropdown function for set list of skillsets (currently 82 soft and mostly technical skills), only visible for specificcolleagues
  2. Possibility to choose level for each skillset (low, medium, expert)
  3. Manager should have access to change the skills of an individual and / or the respective level, the colleagues should not be able to do this themselves (consistency)
  4. Report out through Excel, provided by HR
  5. Dropdown by category (soft skills / technical skills)
  6. Possibility to capture which areas the colleague is interested in to develop skills that they may not have today

Howdy, Stranger!
