Adding Skills Manually
Summary
Issues with Manually Adding SkillsContent
Hello,
Is anyone having issues when they manually change the acquired date of the skill, that it changes back to the date it was previously? We are having an issue where this is happening when someone gets re-certified before the skill actually expires. We have to go in and manually update the skill acquired date and it just changes back, but if they employee lets the skill expire and then completes the class/course then it populates the correct date. I have an SR ticket open but I wanted to see if anyone else had these same issues.
