Ever saw your name pop-up in an audit report and doubted if you really did what it stated?

So today I was snooping around the audit report trying to find an action of an admin. Suddenly, in the modify enrollment report my user ID started popping up stating I changed some seat counts??? 

Did you guys ever had incorrect results in the standard audit trail reports? I'm starting to think they are a bit flawed. I'll think twice next time I'm blaming someone that they managed to do something wrong and I have an audit trail report to prove it.
