Spreadsheet Loading Accrual Adjustments

Trying to determine how we can load accrual adjustments for compensatory leave that employees have earned.

We have a floating holiday that employees are granted based on a donation drive.  Last year they manually updated these for employees that received it, approximately 400 people.  This year we are trying to use Spreadsheet Loader to update these records.  I have created a spreadsheet template using PersonAccrualDetail, but keep getting errors no matter what value I put in the field for AccrualType.  I can't find a value that is needed and am getting the error.  Have attempted various numbers and text combinations but haven't found where i can see an example of the field value that is needed.
