How to drill down pivot table head count

Hi ,
I have below pivot table with columns as Age and rows Division and Measures as Head count, now I want to prepare drill down report on click of the Head count and that report show the relevant person details.
For Ex :in the below table the employee head count in the division Div1 and having age < 20 years is 10, if I click on this 10 then only those 10 employee details should be appear in drill down report.
Please let me know if this is possible , if so how to create drill down report.
