User unable to view journal lines

Preexisting user is suddenly unable to view journal lines

Hi

 

We have a user who until yesterday was able to view journal lines, but has suddenly stopped being able to - he can see the header detail, but the journal line element of the page returns "no data to display" - he has access to all of the account codes within the journal, and there have been no changes to his roles.  Even more strangely, we have had a recent P-to-T copy done, and he can access exactly the same journal in Test, with no issues

 

Does anyone have any ideas?
