Submit Resignation - do not close / end date the record

Hello,

 

We have activated the submit resignation workflow, for the approvals we have added a FYI to the line manager and our payroll team with an auto approve.

 

When submitted the FYIs come through but the record is not end date, no termination details in manager work relationship etc, any ideas?

The record seems to get locked as the edit button on worker assignment is greyed out but with FYIs all the line manager can do is dismiss,
