If we rename an existing (pre-built) dimension and mapped it to a custom dimension, will it affect any pre-defined business rules?

Assume pre-built dimension "Skill sets" in Workforce Planning of Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS) is mapped /renamed to custom dimension "Function" and used it for planning purpose. Will this change affect any pre-defined calculations in the system?
