Hi all,
We're looking to guide users in HCM Cloud to our service desk (which at the moment is just an email).
How have you, or other clients you've worked with informed users? Through Employee news? Infolets?
Additionally, if any current clients have built a deep link and or integration to an external service desk system i would love to know more.
