Access Filters are difficult to use and non-editable. Each time we need to make a change to an Access Filter, we have to create a brand new one. I think it would be great to go to a section in the control panel, similar to Widget design, to build Access Filters. Then when you apply an Access Filter on a new designer page, there is a drop down of named Access Filters to select from, similar to the same process for Widgets.
