To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

Active Employee Extract

The Active Employee Extract allows extraction of active employees and their primary active assignment.
Common attributes include: Name, Email, Gender, Address, Phone Number, Current Assignment, and Manager Name. It is possible to add additional attributes or remove attributes to meet your HR directive for extracting active employees.

Two sample e-text templates have been provided. The address.rtf is a sample of a comma delimited (.csv) formatted text output. The AddressPipeGroup is a sample of a pipe delimited (.dat) formatted text output. Please note that e-text templates always produce a text file (.txt) and the file extension will have to be manually changed.
