Address fields don't appear in the subject area

Hi,

We are presenting problems to locate the fields referring to the geographical location of the addresses of the employees, to include them in the reports.

In Workforce Management. Person Real Time / Person Address

For example:

Address:
CRA 12 NO 35B-24
Atlantico
Barranquilla
La Union

CRA 12 NO 35B-24 ----- ADDRESS LINE 1 ---> APPEAR
Atlantico --- Departamento ---> Doesn't Appear
Barranquilla --- Municipio --> Doesn't Appear
La Union --- Barrio ---> Doesn't appear

Only appear in that area City, country, postal code, but that is not the geographic structure represented for Colombia.
Colombia has:

Departmento
Municipio
Barrio

In the functionality it appears well, but to include them in the reports we do not locate it.
