How to grant approval to a specific position ?

We have the directors level approval limit set to $4M (all directors all over the enterprise)

But we need the Purchasing Direct (only) to approve up to $10M (we don't need to use the approval group, as we don't want to specify the name of the person, we want to use the position hierarchy)
