We would like to understand how pre-boarding is managed in various organizations. Can you please participate in this discussion and share inputs as to how pre-boarding is done in your organization.
1) Do you have pre-boarding (before Day 1 of joining your organization) activities/tasks for your new hires?
2) If yes, what are those tasks that you request your candidate to perform before joining? E.g. submit certificates and documents, complete medical examination etc.
3) How do you inform your candidates of those tasks? Via individual email? Via some application notification?
4) Where are those tasks performed? In your HCM application? In some built-for-purpose application?
