Anyone had any issues getting the SSO alternative access to work

Summary

I have been trying to access my SSO enabled SLC with the Alt Access but it keeps re-directing to the SSO authorization page

As part of our SSO UAT have been trying to access the LC without using SSO. Other than the obvious of reaching the LC when our network is down, we have an admin account not linked to a network user account and contractors that won't have network access.

I tried "both" Alt Access options in the help document as I was unsure which one was the typo or if either made a difference.
