Interim Vertex Tax UpdateContent
There will be an interim Vertex update which contains tax rate changes for US and Canadian Payroll customers.
US: a number of revisions from various state and local taxing authorities are included.
Canada: there are changes for British Columbia for high income earners.
To ensure accurate tax calculations, this update will be applied as follows:
- Non-production update on 29 December 2017
- Production update on 2 January 2018.
The January Vertex update will still be applied according to the regular schedule and will contain these changes as well. There will be no interim Calculation Guide but the January Calculation Guide will contain the details of the interim changes.
