Provisioning report showing link to dimension member?

Is there a provisioning report that shows the relationship between a security group and the dimension member it's been provisioned to?

When reviewing user security for the system, I'd ideally like to see the groups & roles that user is part of, but also which dimension member that  group has been provisioned to. As an example, we've had a situation where a user looked like they were added to the right cost centre based on the name of the group they were a part of (ie: CC202), but in reality, the group "CC202" was given read access to cost centre 205.
