Happy New Year! We need to print a lot of certificates about employees and some from LPs. When we click on the binoculars sometimes the LP with certificates mapped comes up and sometimes it does not come up. Even for myself I can see the LP has a certificate attached in My History, but it does not show on my binoculars. Has anyone found a way to pull up certificates that are mapped to a LP? Or is there logic built in that does not pull up certain certificates that are mapped to an LP? As always if I am
