Bip Report-Unable to fetch Element name

Hi,

Am Creating a Bip Report in which i need to fetch the attributes from ANC_ABSENCE_PLANS_F and element name.but

Unable to fetch element name along with the Absence attributes (ANC_ABSENCE_PLANS_F). Could some one please let me know what could be the intermediate table to fetch the Element Name from the Payroll PAY_ELEMENT_TYPES_VL table
