I want to know why Oracle has provided two different HR role -HR Manager and HR Specialist. What's the difference in terms of privilege's between these two roles.
Similarly, what's the difference between Compensation Manager, Compensation Admin, Compensation Specialist in terms of privileges.
Also , what's the difference between Benefit Manager, Benefit Admin and Benefit Specialist in terms of privileges.
Also the difference between Payroll Manager and Payroll Admin
I am not looking for exact differences but some general guideline or purpose of creating these distinct roles under each module with almost same access.
