Limited Data views?

Struggling to enrollment category to BI report

Does anyone know if there are limits on the number of data views you can add to a report? if so, is there anyway around them? 

We send a master enrollment report to a company that creates dashboards for us. I have to send them:

• ILT Track Name
• Instructor and location of ILT session tied to enrollment  
• Enrollment Name, type, start date, end date, custom fields   
• Enrollment pre and post status
• Roster and custom fields 
• User account data name username, etc.

Now I need to add the category the enrollment is listed under.
