Error in Calculating Accruals and Balances process

We are encountering an error in running the calculate accruals and balances process. This is observed both when run from Absence Administration or through Manage Absence records (after selecting an employee record). 

Accrual Plans were set for payroll integration (i.e. Transfer absence payment information for payroll processing is selected with a corresponding absence element). We got to input element eligibility to all created accrual elements as mentioned in the Absence Management document (Create element eligibility records for the accrual, accrual results, accrual retroactive, and accrual retroactive results elements) but still the error is encountered. When payroll integration is not set, the process is working fine. Are we missing a step in our configuration?
