Getting absence duration error while applying leave from Fusion Tap(mobile app)

Hello experts, 

We are facing an issue while performing absence transaction for an employee, 
a)While applying leave from system UI, we were able to submit leave successfully without any issue. 
b)While applying leave from mobile app, we are getting following error,'The absence duration must be greater than zero. (ANC-3405003)' 

We are having critical project and the timeline in by end of January, kindly help us to resolve this issue ASAP.
