This is an update from a previous post that I wanted to share.  Late last year we started receiving reports that uses were not being awarded credits for courses that they have completed.  The completion was showing up on their transcript but the credit amount was not.  I opened an SR with Oracle.  I was told that when using the new course player, we must have all the navigation turned on for the course and users must click on a tiny little > button to be awarded the credit.  I was told this was a bug.  I immediately turned off
