Issues since the January 16 System Maintenance happened

Is anyone else experiencing issues since the system maintenance that was performed on January 16? We're on CHK and since then have had several issues with our site.
Today, BI reports are *again* latent - it is taking the page forever to load in the control panel and to build the report. This is in addition to the latency we saw last week when reports weren't running for several hours.
We are also receiving application errors when we try to assign training to groups (we're on classic groups still), so we can't assign anything in bulk (I have an SR open on that one).
