Extract with a Group Record

edited Jan 24, 2022 7:47PM in HCM Extract 6 comments

Summary

The following sample extracts include a group record.

Content

The following sample extracts provide a list of employees grouped by department with the count of employees per department.  Although the employees are grouped by department, it is the employees that are grouped so the group record belongs with the employees, not the department.

Group Extract 1.xml contains one data group for employees which includes the employees record and the group record.

Group Extract 2.xml contains two data groups.  One data group, the root, includes a department record.  The second data group includes the employees record and the group record.
