PER versus ORA roles in Release 12

Summary

Is the mapping of simplified roles to PER still relevant

Content

Hi

As a long term customer of HCM Cloud, we undertook an exercise to map our PER roles to the new ORA framework at release 10. As part of Release12 all of the seeded roles where locked down, meaning that no 'customisations' could be made to them.

We use fully seeded roles for our security set up, and my question is two fold:

1. Should we move our auto provisioning to the ORA roles as the new seeded offering.

2. If moving to the ORA role should we delete the old mapped PER roles, or are the still considered seeded (I.e. non editable).

Howdy, Stranger!
