Crosstab BI report for Instances

Currently have a reports for instances and the answers, but need it in a cross tab formatContent
Help! I currently have a BI report for instances. This report gives me usernames, instance name, instance prompt and instance answer. Right now it does one row per prompt per employee.
Need this report to give one row for each employee with the prompts across the top. And ideally multiple instances on one report. I have tried to make this with the BI Desktop Publisher with no luck so far. Please help! Attached is the report olbr file.
