Summary

Is there any guideline when to use Reverse Termination

Content

Hi Team -

Is there any guideline in Oracle Forum which states when to use /possible scenarios to use Reverse Termination.

A scenario where an employee was on Global Temporary Assignment (GTA) & has ended the GTA ex - 31/Dec/2017. Later realized that the GTA should have ended on 31/Jan/2018. In such case, we tried doing a reverse termination of end GTA. We observed that the reverse termination was successful, but both Home & Host record moves to "Active- Payroll Eligible" status. But the Primary Work relationship flag in Home & Host has not changed. Is this the expected behavior ?
