SSO and Resource Manager files
Summary
Cannot access files in Resource Manager directly upon login when SSO enabledContent
We are in the process of implementing SSO; currently it's on in our staging site but not production.
We commonly post links to documents hosted on Learn on our company intranet or in emails, with the (example) URL of https://mysite.learn.com/files/pdf/MyFile.pdf
We do not allow anonymous access, so there is a link that appears that says "Please log in to view the file." User logs in with user/pass and is able to access the file directly.
