Calendar event(public holidays) not reflecting in the time page or calendar

We have created elapsed time schedule and attached at the enterprise level. Also the calendar events are attached to enterprise level using Org tree. Added the calendar events as exception in the schedule definition as well. Still calendar events are not showing on the time page or employee availability calendar. Any idea folks? thanks in advance for help.
