We have an accrual vacation plan.  We run the accruals through the end of the year so that the employee's can see how much time they will have for the year.  We have the plan set to not allow negative balances. However, the way the plan is set up is causing some issues.  

When an employee schedules vacation, if on that day they do not have enough accrual balance to cover the absence, only a partial day is being recorded.  I opened an SR with Oracle and they said this is the standard functionality.  My question is, how do we get around this issue.  I can't have only partial days being recorded and there's too many employees to be able to check each and every one of them.
