Candidate Interface Error: One of the values you have entered is not unique

Hi All - Hoping someone out there has a solution for this.

We are getting the TCC error message:  "One of the values you have entered is not unique" on some of our teammates when running the Candidate Interface through TCC.

We have an SR on this, but haven't gotten anywhere troubleshooting it.

We have:

> Search for conflicting records using SSOID, Username, and Candidate ID using both TCC and Reporting

> We do not use Coverage Areas.

> We have checked the Automated Tasks for deleted records that could be conflicting

Any ideas on how to solve?

The # of impacted teammates is slowing growing so I'd like to get this molehill of a problem solved before it becomes a mountain.

Howdy, Stranger!
