Learning items based on learning outcome are not appearing in development goal

Hi All,

I configured contextual learning using document "Contextual Learning - Closing Gap with Learning - Blueprint R12pb11". For some courses which were created earlier, system was working fine but for recent courses it is not working as expected, means featured learnings are not appearing.

Please see the screenshots in the attached document.

Has anyone faced the same issue? What could be the problem?
