Cannot preview online content

Hi,
OLC content store got enabled over the weekend and the upload works now but when I want to preview the content (SCORM 1.2 and PDF file) I get an error:
An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #199.a6357a5c.1517821244.3c93410d
Already raised an SR but just want to check if anyone encountered the same issue and how this was resolved?
