Record past training by employees

Hi,

my client is using a lot of different LMS environments and we are currently brainstorming how the past learning records from employees can be migrated onto Learning.

Is there a way for an employee to enter a training record (similar like registering external training) and get this approved by HR before it gets added to his past learning? If not, is this something we can expect in the future?
