How to correct Annualization Factor for a Legal Entity?

Hello Experts!

One of our Legal Entities is located in Singapore and we need to correct their Annualization Factor - we need to change the annual hours to 2288hr/year so that the "Annual FT Hours" under Salary screen is calculated correctly. Where would I go to make this change?
