FCCS Consolidation Error

Error received: A method called by the script failed on line: 8, with error: Error occurred while getting translation application settings.


Has anyone else received this error - it seems to happen randomly and we don't know why - we will get it doing consolidate, force consolidate, translate and force translate.  Sometimes we can log off and back on then magically we can again consolidate - sometimes that doesn't work and we just need to wait some unknown time for it to consolidate again.  It's very frustrating to say the least.  We are still in development so we have also go back to the first period in the system and tried reconsolidating from the "beginning of tinme" and that sometime fixes
