Is there a way to retrieve a certificate for an employee with the Team Monitor Widget?

We are busy preparing to implement Team Monitor in a big way. One of our testers found that this seems like it is not covered by the Team Monitor tools. We made sure that viewing certificates was set in the "My Transcript" "sub-widget". The permission is already set for the DO view.
