Unable to launch Skillsoft courses after 18A

Content

Is anyone else who uses Skillsoft courseware having difficulty launching their courses following the implementation of 18A? We noticed this issue in our Staging environment and were in the midst of troubleshooting with the vendor when 18A was implemented in Prod; not the problem extends to Prod as well.

We'll be submitting a ticket, but I was curious whether anyone else is having the same issue. Thanks!
