Summary

We are testing R13 and the end-user received an error trying to baseline a budget

Content

Error: You must enable the Enhanced User Interface for Managing Project Budgets option in the Functional Setup Manager to manage budgets in sponsored projects. (PJO-2205389)

We did NOT change any user roles/security/access and the end-user can create/baseline in R12 but can't in R13. I wanted to check here before creating an SR.
