To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Preventing Users from Accessing Completed Assessments and View Score OnlyContent
All,
We have created some assessments that are attached to a course. We would like the user to be able to view their assessment score, but not have access to re-launch/view the questions within their assessment even after the user already completed the assessment.
We only want the user to be able to view their score and no longer have access to open/launch/view the assessment. Is there a way to prevent the end user from accessing the assessment after they've completed it but still allow them to view their score?
