Error on leaves submitted after payroll processing

Summary

The absence duration must be greater than zero. (ANC-3405003) error is encountered when a leave is filed after payroll processing

This is not encountered if the leave falls on a date without payroll run yet (e.g. future-dated leaves). Are we missing something on the setup? All elements pertaining to the leave have been added element eligibility.
